Worst vet I’ve ever experienced!!! First of all I used a Vet that passed away so I had to start using this clinic. I have had multiple dogs and I take very good care of my animals. My friends and family can tell you! When I got my boy I started using this vet because I was already taking my Shi Tzu there after her vet passed. I used this clinic for his shots and boarding. The older he got the stronger he got and the last time I boarded him in September the rude nurse told me she gave him sedatives to calm him down. When I got him home he started pooping blood. He has never pooped blood. So, I knew it was the medicine. However, before when I took him they had never given him sedatives at any visit! Trust me I have my receipts to prove it because the cost was completely different in September. So, I decided to find a dog sitter because I do not like giving him medicine he don’t need just because he is a hyper dog! He is a dog for God’s sake they are hyper! Especially a 3 year old dog! Now my last visit I scheduled a check up on his rabies shot, “Rabies only,” because he was attacked by a stray dog at our home. When I got there the rude new nurse complained about the chain collar I had on him and didn’t know I was in the lobby to hear it! I definitely addressed her comment when I heard it. Then they informed me that they could call services on me as if I was abusing him because he wears a chain collar. Which are sold at pet stores. Louis has escaped from multiple collars I purchased and the pet store suggested that I put him on a measured chain collar that he cannot escape from or snap. I currently have a torn arm so he uses a tie out to go potty. He has escaped so many times on his tie out from the collars and harness that I loss count. My neighbors even know when they see him dashing down the street to immediately catch him because he got away! I even custom made his collar so it wasn’t to tight. With the recent event of the dog attack his neck is probably still swollen. Instead of the nurse saying hey Ms. Garner I just want to suggest that you extend Louis collar she immediately judged me! I have never been so disrespected in my life in a place of business!!! Then she brought Louis out and continued to be rude with me. I told her to give me my dog and I was leaving. Only to find out when I paid that they had given him another shot I didn’t request. I was so angry that I left in tears never to return again! If I were you I would not use this establishment! I also waited so long in the Parker lot I thought they had forgot about me. This has happened multiple times as well. I suggest you go somewhere else because you might be charged a different price every time you go without being informed and your animal may receive shots that you didn’t request or consent for. You won’t know until you go to pay. They will also probably call protective services on you and say you abused your dog! I have never experienced vet services like this out of all the years I have had animals! Find someone else! My dog by the way is super loved even though he crazy! He has neighbors, friends, and a family! He lives in the house but loves being outside. The only way I can keep the stray cats and him safe from the street is by have a collar that can support his pull pressure and weight! Make sure you don’t put a chain collar on your dog if you do decide to use this establishment!

The absolute best! The staff is very personable and takes fabulous care of our dog Domino. We always took our German Shepherds to see Dr. DeWitt until they went over the Rainbow Bridge. Pricing is fair and the service and compassion can't be measured. If you're looking for a Vet that gives you confidence, Forestdale Veterinary Clinic is it!

Dr. Dewitt and his staff go above and beyond to make sure your fur babies are loved and cared for. I never worry about anyone abusing any of my babies when I leave them for the day at the office to receive their visits. Dr. Dewitt has been taking care of my family's pets since the 1980s. He has always been kind and caring with a great staff who work alongside him in his office. Go Tigers 🐯
