My spicy old dog loves Dr. Rudder & Ali. The entire staff is amazing! They are so incredible with senior pets! And put up with Rockits personality! Absolutely the best vet we've been to. They always follow up & answer all of my concerns. It's really comforting to go to the vet & not leave stressed out & upset about my dog. Everyone there is so kind, understanding & compassionate!

Dr. Ashley Rutter and her team 100% saved my dogs life. She is a golden/lab mix just over a year old, and she ate two 1.5" wood screws, 2 smaller screws, and some sharp pieces of copper plate while my husband was assembling a table. First and foremost, everyone was incredibly sweet with Harlowe, and Harlowe loved them all! They tried everything they could during the endoscopy to avoid surgery, but did end up doing a gastronomy to remove the remaining larger screw. These folks were there for HOURS past their closing time to help us, and I could not be more grateful! Post surgery, I was given clear instructions on her 6 medications with specific details about timing for best efficacy. I was told exactly what to watch for that could indicate problems during her recovery. The next week we went in and had her staples removed, which couldn't have taken more than 10-15 minutes. She recovered beautifully and is doing well! Through out the process, I was kept updated, informed, and given the information I needed to make decisions about her care. They were also completely transparent about pricing and provided accurate estimates. I hope I never have a need for urgent medical care for any of our 4 dogs again, but if I do, I will be going here.
