My fur babies are patients of this vet and the customer service is so blah.. there is nothing stating that Saturdays are by appointment only on their website nor their building structure but when I walk in they are looking at me like why am I here. Long story short, they denied us service because they were full and I will be removing my fur babies from there. Also, the time was 8am.
