Cahaba Mountain Brook Animal Clinic

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Club Canine and Cahaba Mountain Brook Animal Clinic. Having lived and traveled in places ranging from Dubai to New York and San Francisco, I’ve worked with a lot of veterinary clinics and dog care facilities—and the level of care, training, and genuine compassion here is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The team doesn’t just look after dogs; they truly invest in their well-being, development, and happiness. The training is thoughtful, individualized, and incredibly effective. Every interaction reflects a team that genuinely loves what they do and treats every dog as if it were their own. Jamie and Colleen are absolutely exceptional. Their knowledge, patience, and dedication are evident in everything they do, and they consistently go above and beyond for both the dogs and their owners. They create an environment where you immediately feel confident that your pet is receiving the very best care. Dr. Lowry is equally outstanding. He combines remarkable medical expertise with kindness, clear communication, and a level of compassion that is increasingly rare. It’s obvious that the entire team works together with one goal: providing the highest standard of care possible. If you’re looking for the best place to trust with your dog’s health, training, and overall well-being, I recommend Club Canine and Cahaba Mountain Brook Animal Clinic without hesitation. They have set a standard that, in my experience, surpasses facilities I’ve encountered around the world.

My sweet pup Rocky had been coming to this practice since he was around 6 weeks old. He recently passed suddenly, and I called and left a message for Dr. Lowry, who had treated him for years, just to let him know. I was hoping for a call back or even a simple condolence, but I never heard back. I’m heartbroken and honestly very disappointed. After all the years and care we put into this practice, I expected a little acknowledgment of his passing. If I get another pup in the future, I don’t think I’ll be returning there.
